    These are the kind of crispy fritters I dream of. Very good. I added a bit of cucumber to the yogurt dip and omitted the orange blossom water for a more traditional flavour. The panko really makes these crispy as compared to the usual over floured version

    I made these to have on hand for snacking or as an addition to breakfast. They are very good with the Manchego cheese and reheat nicely. The caper-yogurt sauce bumps up the flavor considerably.
