    Yum. We really liked this. Followed the advice of others and added spinach, which we really liked. I was a bit worried it would be too minty, but was perfect as written. I'll make again.

    Not the best iteration of this recipe I have made, but overall tasty. Added in some spinach at the end.

    Made this with tomato paste and fresh tomatoes added in - went a little lighter on the dried mint as it can be overwhelming. Added some spinach at the end. Can easily be used as a healthy base for a delicious soup.
