Can substitute dried haricot beans for cannellini beans, pointed green peppers for regular green peppers, and can use the Turkish red pepper paste on page 218. Allow dried beans to soak overnight, or can substitute with tinned beans.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Very enjoyable and easy to make. Would work well with a wide variety of white beans.
