    These are wonderfully decadent! I cut the final rectangle of dough into squares rather than rounds. This avoided having to reroll the dough. Then I baked them on a parchment lined baking sheet,omitting the 2 tablespoons of butter around them. There's plenty of butter in the biscuits themselves as as well as in the topping! These can be frozen before baking if you only want 4 (or less) biscuits. Cut the biscuits, place on a parchment lined plate or baking sheet (not touching) ,place in freezer until frozen; then put in a zip lock bag and back in the freezer. Freeze from frozen, adding 3-5 minutes to the baking time.
