Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This has a more complex flavor than just mustard. I was skeptical about the combination of Dijon, soy and sherry vinegar, but it was delicious. I marinated it for a few hours but I’m not sure that added any flavor. I forgot the onion, it would have rounded out the veggie part. I’m blaming the recipe title as it only says ‘mushrooms’. Next time I will remember them. This will go high on the list of weeknight chicken dinners in our house. No photo- it is all brown.
