    Can substitute olive oil for avocado oil, soy sauce for tamari, olive oil for toasted sesame oil, basil for cilantro, and Fresno chiles for jalapeno chiles.

    A delicious main coarse salad. I increased the lime juice in the dressing to 4 tablespoons for a brighter flavor. We vary the salad sometimes substituting torn romaine for the shredded cabbage, sliced apple for the mango.
