    Can substitute frozen peas for peas, other dark leafy green for spinach, ginger paste for fresh ginger, dried chilli flakes or hot red pepper flakes for green finger chillies, vegetable oil for coconut oil, lemon juice for chaat masala, mint for coriander in the chaat, and frozen pomegranate seeds for pomegranate seeds.
