    I did this a bit differently: I browned the butter and added it to the rest of the ingredients quite hot - maybe a bit too hot, because the dough was too liquid (I guess because of the starch and the super hot butter). I had to add more flour and a bit more sugar. Came out really tasty in the end. I omitted the sugar on top.
