Chutney-glazed spatchcocked chicken from Milk Street 365: The All-Purpose Cookbook for Every Day of the Year (page 414) by Christopher Kimball

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is a winner. Spatchcocking a chicken might seem intimidating, but it's not that difficult. And having a flattened out bird shortens your cooking time and keeps all the glaze on the chicken. The glaze is full of flavor.
