    Can substitute lamb mince for pork mince.

    Good flavour, although with the cucumber salad I kept thinking it should taste more like satay. But the method was pretty unsuccessful. The milk and breadcrumbs make the meatballs incredibly tender, so they were impossible to brown properly. I ended up with a pile of fragments. If I make this again I will bake the meatballs on a silpat and finish them in the sauce.
