    Another winner from this book! I basically had all the ingredients on hand so I decided to give this recipe a go. I used 2 cans of a triple bean blend instead of just black beans. A yellow onion rolling around in the fridge. And fried up some flour tortillas in the air fryer for the strips since I didn’t have any corn ones on hand. Delicious!
