    Quite good! This is the first carrot ginger soup I’ve had that had orange juice/zest in it. The flavor really came through! We also made the green tahini as suggested. It did look pretty, but flavor wise I didn’t feel it added a ton. I think my favorite carrot ginger soup remains to be from the Cookie & Kate blog, but I can definitely see myself making this recipe again!
