    Another winner from this book! This was a bowl full of cozy on a cold day. One Serrano (seeds kept in) really added some nice heat! I had some shredded chicken already cooked off from a previous day so i added that in as well. Do not skip making the green apple-mint chutney to go along with this recipe! I do recommend mashing some of the potatoes with a potato masher rather than a fork.
