    I used my mini blender to combine the jam + vinegar (this time sherry in place of red wine) and then just shook everything else in, including diced pepperoncini (rather than using them on the actual salad). My salad was simpler than hers with romaine, red onions, sweet peppers & grated carrots. Some might find the dressing a bit sweet but we thought it was pretty good :)

    I love this salad - this dressing is becoming my house dressing. I mix up the add-ins, but always include chickpeas! Adding some smoked chopped almonds really takes it to the next level
