Creamy Italian chopped salad from Dinner Tonight - 100 Simple Healthy Recipes for Every Night of the Week (page 35) by Alex Snodgrass

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Family was a big fan of this, even though they claim to not like creamy dressings. I made the mayo from scratch using the recipe in the book, which makes 1 cup, and didn't realize that the recipe called for 1/4 cup. I altered it to make it work, but wished I could have tried it as intended.

This was another super tasty dinner salad from this author. It was perfect for a busy day...I made the dressing early (it's very good!) & then raided the fridge/garden (no protein to cook!) for the rest. I used a mix of a milder salami + a hotter chorizo, hot pickled peppers, cubed mozzarella and a big variety of chopped veggies with the romaine. A definite repeat.
