    Another family favorite! I double the meatballs and freeze half. I use reg flour. Not a weeknight endeavor!

    Less red pepper flakes for the kiddos. Served some meatballs without the sauce + noodles. I used 1 lb meat and same amount of spices. Accidentally added 2 tbsp EVOO to meatballs and it was fine. Good texture on meatballs. I served over spinach and linguine. Next time I would wilt the spinach in the pasta water or just in the sauce with pasta.
