    Too liquidy - add additional dry orzo to offset.

    I used the large orzo and didn’t like it as much. Flavor was good, will try again.

    We loved this and even the toddler ate some. It was a perfect ratio of veg, meat, and orzo. Great weeknight meal with minimal prep.
