    Really great weeknight meal! Left out the Sriracha for the kids. Increase the amount of ginger next time. I used soy sauce instead of coconut amino. Served with rice, cilantro, mini cucumber rounds, sliced red pepper, crushed peanuts and lime wedges. Could serve over cauliflower rice or shredded cabbage for summer. Could add shredded carrot for extra veggies.

    Easy and tasty. Will make again. We ate it with radishes and kimchi and it was delicious. We also needed to use a leek, so we substituted the shallots with that.
