Can substitute hot chillies of your choice for bird’s eye chillies, candlenuts for macadamia nuts, vegetable oil for sunflower oil, palm sugar or brown sugar for coconut sugar, water for chicken stock, and chicken nibbles or chicken thighs for chicken drumsticks.
