Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Subbed frozen kale for spinach, used tinned salt cod that I mixed in rather than large pieces on top. Added 1 small box of raisins - would definitely repeat. Pine nuts would have been great as well but I didn't have them. I found myself wondering if capers would be a good addition for next time.
