    Quick, easy, and very tasty. I used 1.25 lb ground chicken thigh and maybe half the sesame oil and butter for cooking. At first I didn't think the chicken would brown in my nonstick skillet, but it did after I left it alone for several minutes (it wasn't exactly "crispy" though). I also used a lot more broccoli, which I cooked separately and stirred in at the end.
