Can substitute firm tofu or mock chicken for tempeh, vegetable oil for coconut oil, maple syrup or unrefined coconut sugar for date syrup, Italian basil with lemon juice for lemon basil, dried red chillies for red chillies, garlic paste for garlic, macadamia nuts or cashew nuts for candlenuts, and ginger paste for ginger.
