    OMG I love this recipe! It's not complicated, but you need real Buttermilk! It's great for a Party or a weeknight dinner...This is one of many recipes I love, in the book

    Marinade went together quickly. Great to just pull out of the fridge when I got home and baked the chicken. Moist and flavorful though I would crush the peppers a bit more in the marinade.

    This chicken smells unbelievably good! Excellent dish that we will be cooking again and again.

    This was really good. Glad I lined the baking sheet with foil, made clean up a snap. Mild flavor after marinating for about 36 hours. Baked more like 45 minutes as I had both drumsticks and thighs. Nice and moist. If you plan ahead, this is a good weeknight supper,just pop in the oven, put together a couple of quick sides and you are done. Cold leftovers also make a good lunch. This dish has a very mild flavor, and could stand a bit more garlic and cumin in the marinade.
