    The combination of cauliflower and salmon seemed strange to me but we loved this dish. Cutting the cauliflower into wedges before roasting resulted in crisp and tender pieces. I always love tahini sauce. I didn’t have the herbs and skipped the pomegranate so this was not a colorful dish but easy and flavorful.
