There is a correction to the instructions for this recipe in the March, 1990 issue, page 8. Allow 2 days to prepare this cake. It is necessary to have a heavy duty mixer, a 9x2 inch round cake pan, a 9x3 inch springform pan, and a chocolate thermometer to make this recipe.
