    Very easy, delicious, quick enough for a weeknight and a nice dish for entertaining.

    A wonderfully easy recipe for entertaining - just make sure the pork fillets (tenderloins) are not too close together or they will take too long to cook. I have been making this recipe for years, it has become one of my favourites to make for guests.
