Sicilian sheet pan pizza (Sfincione) from Italian Snacking: Sweet and Savory Recipes for Every Hour of the Day (page 235) by Anna Francese Gass

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

I think something is wrong with the recipe unless my scale is way off. After I added all the water the dough was like pancake batter. I added another cup of flour & got a dough that resembled a pour in the pan type of dough- nothing you could knead. It didn’t overflow the sheet pan because I didn’t add it all & removed some lumps of flour that didn’t get mixed in. I should have spayed some baking spray in addition to the oil because it stuck but wasn’t impossible to remove with scraping. In the end, with the quick marinara sauce, it tasted pretty good. The dough became like a light & airy focaccia. 4 stars for taste but 1 star if I measured the flour correctly.
