Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Easy, flavorful dal recipe. I would season as I go next time rather than wait to add salt until the very end. I added spinach to both the rice and dal, but the photo in the book shows plain rice with spinach (or some other green) only in the dal. The photo doesn't match the recipe. I would make this again.
