The best smoked oven-roasted ribs (Outdoor/indoor version) from CookSmart: Perfect Recipes for Every Day by Pam Anderson

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

We've made these for large crowds and small and they always come out perfectly. The easiest, most foolproof, no-mess way to enjoy perfectly cooked ribs. For just us 2, 2 racks of baby back ribs fit perfectly on a cookie sheet with foil, then a rack on top. The ribs go out to be smoked on the foil, then put the racks on top, plop the ribs on, and throw in the oven. Both the rub listed in the recipe, or an equal amount of Galena Street (Penzey's), works great. (Galena Street is tastier, but spicier - we like it, company may not.) Use plain yellow mustard to make it stick. There is no other rib recipe needed - these are tender and rich and smoky and succulent....
