    Delicious! I'm excited to see how the flavor develops over time as well. Definitely better than eggnog.

    So good! This got better the longer it sat in the fridge, with the rum flavor mellowing out. The only issue i had was that the coconut tended to solidify from being in the fridge, and required a quick blend before drinking. Will repeat.
