      This wasn't super exciting, but had decent flavor (I did replace the water for stock). I think I missed the creaminess of an aloo gobi curry-type dish.

      So good! This got better the longer it sat in the fridge, with the rum flavor mellowing out. The only issue i had was that the coconut tended to solidify from being in the fridge, and required a quick blend before drinking. Will repeat.

      Delicious! I'm excited to see how the flavor develops over time as well. Definitely better than eggnog.
