    Can substitute Gouda cheese for Havarti cheese.

    This is delicious! I made a few adjustments. Omitted the cherry tomatoes in the filling as it seemed like overkill with the heirloom tomatoes on the topping. Didn't have havarti or gouda so used gruyere which went well with the cheddar. Instead of putting the second cup of cheese on top of the chicken mixture I topped it with the sliced heirlooms, the garlic oil and the bacon torn in pieces. Then topped it all with the remaining cheese.
