    Can substitute vegetable oil or sunflower oil for ghee, chapati or soft wheat tortillas for parathas, and chutney or pickles for chilli sauce.

    This was good with parathas - I used 2 tsp mild chilli powder and didn't think it needed any chutneys or chilli sauce. I made the full mixture and froze half, which worked well and made for a very quick follow up dinner
