    This recipe uses the Shortcrust pastry on p. 23, and the Brown butter on p. 111.

    Quite good and not too tricky to make. I needed to extend the cooking time quite significantly, from the 30 minutes in the recipe to over and hour so would bake to as described rather than to the time.
