    Made for Tiger's birthday. He liked it, but thought it was different from the pineapple upside-down cake he is used to -- he thought it was the buttermilk, but I think it might have been either the coconut oil or spiced rum I used. He took the leftovers to work and said his coworkers really liked it though!
