    This looks impressive, turned out well and is easy to prepare. Didn't add the currants and used nutmeg instead of mace, although obviously not enough, as the flavour didn't come through. Made my own version of sauce messine which worked well. Served with steamed new potatoes and tenderstem broccoli. Would also be good as part of a buffet.
