    Can substitute cooked flor de Mayo beans, cooked cranberry beans, or cooked pinto beans for cooked bayo beans; chicken broth for vegetable broth; other semi-hard white cheese for queso fresco; and Mexican crema for sour cream.

    It reminded me of watered down bean dip, I enjoyed the plain beans more than the soup.
