Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Extra note: She suggests using canned Puy lentils, but I prefer dried ones: They take only twenty minutes to cook and don't need soaking, and Puy lentils are plenty expensive as is.

    I thought this was OK and so did my son, but my daughter (currently vegetarian) loved it.
