Blueberry crumble breakfast oat bars from So Good: Food You Want to Eat, Designed by a Nutritionist (page 7) by Emily English

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

As soon as I spot something healthy and cake-like for breakfast I'm sold. I made a total mess of these when I tried to lift the cooked item out of the air fryer using the baking paper it was cooking on - the paper ripped and it all fell apart. But they're still very tasty. I made some changes - tahini instead of peanut butter, added strawberries in addition to blueberries, cut back on the honey even though my banana wasn't quite ripe enough - so they weren't too sweet, but in future I'll follow the recipe more closely. Although I enjoyed these, the breakfast banana bread from the same book is still my favourite breakfast cake, so I probably won't make these as often as I do that one.
