    Not the best from this book, I had to cook the veg a few mins more because the broccoli was still very raw even at high heat if following her timings - not sure this recipe has been tested properly. The sauce was quite nice but needed extra punch. I’ve made much better SE Asian inspired stir fries with no extra effort.
