Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    A lot of steps and a lot of dishes like any other katsu recipe. I particularly liked the sauce and the fact the chicken was oven baked instead of fried. The cucumber pickle was a nice addition too. Would cook again.

    3.5* We liked it but it didn’t blow us away. The chicken didn’t really turn golden brown (might have been my oil, used Pam spray) so I turned up the oven for the last 5 minutes. It was an easy meal with no complicated ingredients and I could see myself whipping this up on a weekday night when I’m craving chicken katsu but lighter.
