    Can substitute apple cider or whole milk for hard cider, and Monterey Jack cheese for cheddar cheese.

    Chicken tenders were very good, except would add more seasoning to the pretzel mix next time. Didn't like the cheese sauce, although may try it again with whole milk instead of apple cider. It made a very large amount so if I made it again I would halve it to have with 1kg of chicken tenders.
