    While I liked the idea of lemon oil with grilled lobster, I prefer my lobster with traditional clarified garlic butter and a squeeze of lemon. The lemon oil wasn't really an oil but a lemon vinegrette, which I didn't expect. I adapted it by using two instead of three lemons -this is still REALLY lemony! I would recommend not omitting the limoncello that provides a lovely, unique taste. I would make the lemon "oil" again with fewer lemons, and use it as a marinate for lamb steaks, salmon fillets, or chicken breasts, but not for lobster. Delicious!
