    Sloober: They mean "Mexican crema" which is available in stores in some places (sadly not where I live). There are several recipes online to make it at home typically using heavy cream, buttermilk, lime juice & salt. It is often described as milder in flavour and thinner/more "pourable" than sour cream.

    Can anyone tell me what is meant with "Crema"? Google tells me it's coffeemilk, but i doubt that...
