    Der Teig in diesem Rezept ist eigentlich ein flaky pie dough und kein Plunderteig wie meistens der Fall, was diese Topfengolatschen natürlich viel schneller und einfacher macht. Die Füllung ist viel zu viel, und da ich sie nicht verschwenden wollte, hab ich natürlich auch viel zu viel davon auf die Golatschen getan und sie sind beim Backen aufgeplatzt. Geschmekt haben sie aber trotzdem richtig gut!
