    Made this with 2 cups leftover turkey and stock I had already made with the carcass. I used 5 cups of stock and ended up using another 4 cups of water with some better than bouillon. This was delicious and will be another meal with a couple of lunches later this week. I would say it made more like 8-10 servings.
