    Delicious biscuits - nice and buttery whilst also having a great texture. I used cassia instead of cardamom - the spice flavour it quite strong, so you could even not have the spices if you want more of a classic biscuit. It certainly does require some arm strength to initially pipe the shapes, I could only manage straight lines (which I sandwiched with jam for some) rather than the S shape
