    Quick and very tasty. Would definitely make again. The french green lentils (du puy) can be pricy but they are much nicer than regular green lentils.

    Quick and easy. Served with mashed potatoes and saurkraut. There was some extra liquid with the lentils. The lentils picked up the flavour from the bratwurst nicely.
