    I’ve been making these on repeat since the day this recipe was published. They are very fragile so yes, let them cool. They seriously melt in your mouth. A sleeper recipe for sure.

    These were lovely. I subbed a pecan half for the almond and they reminded me of pecan sandies. FYI, they seemed too wet and crumbly even after baking longer than the time listed, but firmed up nicely once cooled.
