    Love this. Together with the halved cherry tomatoes placed in the bottom of two individual rectangular glass dishes, I add strips of capsicum, half moons of zucchini, sliced red onion, and dried gnocchi, then the stuffed chicken is placed on top. One dish goes into the airfryer and the other goes into the fridge ready to cook the next day. My air-fryer likes 25 mins at 170•C, the mozzarella and tomato burn at the higher temperature listed in the book. Other notes / variations: Cajun for seasoning, caramelised pomegranate finishing sauce for drizzling, approx. 150g chicken and 35g mozzarella each serve. Approx 80g gnocchi each.
